I joined Cirque du Soleil as an acrobat performer in 2010. Me with my husband and our daughter moved to Las Vegas in 2012. My journey with IHP began in 2014 when I had my second child and wanted to get back in shape to continue my career with Cirque du Soleil. I got inspired by Gabriella Walters, owner and founder of the studio and I decided that I will teach too. Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It’s about being better than you use to be.
I started doing gymnastics when I was 3 years old. At the age of 14 I moved to acrobatics and became a medalist of many national and international competitions. I got my bachelor’s degree at the Kuban State University of Physical Education and Sport. In 2014 I started my career as an acrobat performer in Cirque du Soleil in Tokyo, Japan. In 2012 me with my husband and daughter moved to Las Vegas where I started my IHP journey. Fitness and sport are an integral part of my life.
IHP helped me get back into great physical shape after pregnancy and continue to delight audiences with a high level acrobatic skills on the stage of the Cirque du Soleil. IHP also helps to maintain my mental balance.

I prefer to use simple moves. This teaches you how to keep the correct aliment and form and after you can increase the weight and use advanced movements. Simplicity is the key!!
Motivation is importent!! I use motivational quotes, compliments, doing sets with my students. Music is a big part of motivation. It has to be energetic with positive vibe.
English is not my first language, I was born and raised in Russia. For me is challenging to teach the class in English, but I am proud that I pushed my limits and was able to complete the training and became a certified instructor. I am glad that I can share my knowledge and experience with my students and help them to achieve their goals.
