Full time in Cyber security and mom. My health journey started on 2013 through a variety of methods. 2024, I decided I wanted to be a Pilates girlie and I found IHP. I was like this place is amazing. I was a regular. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming. I soon decided, I wanted to be apart of this Life changing, mindset correcting team that keeps people happy, physically and mentally!!! Just GO!!! doesn’t matter where you are!!!

My Background

My background is computers and real estate. I worked out on my own. I’ve done Weight watchers, traditional gyms and everything in between, except pilates.

Why I Teach IHP

I witnessed and felt the positive affects the classes and instructors have on you after a class. You feel like you can take on anything life throws at you. I wanted to be apart of such an amazing experience for others.

My Approach

I’ve been at different stages in different things in my life. I start out as a beginner and then the more I practice and become familiar I become more advanced. I keep that in mind when I’m teaching my classes by covering the proper form, and breathing. Just encouraging the class as a whole to keep going, listen to their bodies and challenging themselves. That’s how I adapt and have a successful class with different skill levels.

My Community

I taught a class where one of the members brought a friend with her. The friend was there just for moral support and was very adamant about not joining, she was just there for a drop in class. I taught the class. Everyone left, very happy, all smiles. I received a message later that day from the member saying that her friend absolutely loved the class and joined the studio. Bring that skeptical friend. Show them that there is another world and it’s amazing.

My Career

The results that I’m most proud of that I’ve created with Inferno-Hot Pilates is myself. I’m a living, walking, breathing, testament of how amazing the studio and community is. The support the Inferno-Hot Pilates team provides, whether a student to being an instructor and my own personal goals, is unmatched. It puts you in a place with such confidence that you have enough to pour into others. I love helping others feel confident within themselves.
