I was competing in fitness on a professional level. During what should have been a routine practice session, my knee gave out. I didn’t know what to do! I did not want to hear the prognosis! A visit to the doctor confirmed my nightmare: my injury was severe. Competing at the professional level was no longer an option. The doctor recommended I get into Pilates & Yoga! (Yawn!) Instead I created IHP, a fun, motivating modality that makes you feel amazing, and makes you coming back for more!

My Background

Yoga & traditional Pilates was waaaay too sloooow (for me)! I had to create a modality that is exciting, and creates massive results, without further destroying my joints. It was immediately embraced by the Yoga community, because of low impact! I became an IHP instructor because it changed my life! I wanted to share it with everyone!

Why I Teach IHP

I wanted to share the excitement, fun, joy, passion and massive results what IHP has given me! When I teach I feel grounded, connected to all my students! I feel I am making a huge difference in the community! One plank at a time!

Motivation is my jam! It is all about reading the room! KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE! Everyone is different, every situation is different. Sometimes we can motivate with a look, whisper, command, clapping, walking by, doing the posture with our students. Compliments always work! Before, during, and after the class! “Great job!” Wow! You are getting so strong!
