Firestarter Since

2017
My fitness journey began in 2008, leading me to discover hot yoga in 2009 and Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) in 2016. Inspired by the strength and empowerment IHP gave me, I completed my Teacher Trainings in 2017 and 2018, becoming Studio Manager. After losing both parents six years ago, IHP became my anchor. I practice daily and strive to help others experience its transformative power. Showing up for yourself makes you stronger—this is why I teach.
I worked at Apple for 10 years as a trainer, where I honed my leadership skills and applied them to elevate our studio with video content and guidance. Practicing IHP daily while at Apple helped me handle challenging customers with ease. Knowing the positive impact IHP had on me, I wanted to share that same transformative experience with others, inspiring me to become an IHP instructor.
I started teaching IHP because I experienced firsthand how it transformed my life—physically, mentally, and emotionally. After feeling the strength, confidence, and resilience it gave me, I knew I wanted to help others feel the same. My goal is to empower every person who steps into the studio to discover their inner strength and realize that when you consistently show up for yourself, you become stronger in every aspect of life. Teaching IHP allows me to share this powerful journey with others.

I use high energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine connection with my students to create an inviting and motivating atmosphere. By being fully present, using dynamic cues, and celebrating each student’s progress, I foster a sense of community and empowerment. This showmanship encourages students to push their limits, stay engaged, and leave class feeling accomplished and inspired to return for more.
I build a sense of community by fostering connections between students, learning their names, and celebrating their achievements. In class, I encourage teamwork through partner exercises and shared goals. Outside the studio, I stay connected via social media, sharing motivational content, and offering support. I also organize group events and challenges to keep the momentum going. By creating a supportive environment, I ensure that everyone feels valued and motivated on their fitness journey.
I’m most proud of helping students transform not just their bodies, but their mindset and confidence. I’ve seen members who started hesitant and unsure evolve into strong, empowered individuals who believe in their abilities. Many have shared how IHP has improved their mental health, stress management, and overall resilience. Creating a community where people support and uplift each other, and knowing I’ve played a role in their journeys, is incredibly fulfilling.
