The first four weeks of your certification journey are dedicated to giving you the foundational knowledge and skills to become an exceptional Inferno Hot Pilates instructor. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll cover each week.

Week 1

Understanding the core principles of Inferno Hot Pilates, how to teach, and building the right mindset for success.

Week 2

Advanced teaching techniques and motivational tools, so instructors aren’t just knowledgeable—they’re engaging and inspiring.

Week 3

Focusing on mastering the postures and preparing instructors to lead real classes, with techniques to really connect with students.

Week 4

Pulling it all together, prepping for the practicum with advanced teaching skills and even strategies for building your personal brand online.
